As I sat down at a table right by the entrance, the staff greeted me cheerfully, and I was able to relax immediately. The mixed plate allows you to enjoy a variety of cuts little by little, which is exciting even when dining alone. The tongue and harami were, of course, delicious, but I was surprised by how tender and juicy the pork offal was, without any strong flavors. When I changed the taste of the salty meat with lemon or sesame oil, it became refreshing, and I couldn't stop eating. The dish coated in a sweet and spicy homemade sauce was aromatic and so delicious that it made me crave rice. Combined with the lively atmosphere of the back alley where you can eat and drink in one go, I had a fulfilling time.
