The Miyazaki Umaka Course, recommended for first-time customers, is a popular 2-hour all-you-can-drink course that allows you to casually enjoy the unique flavors of Miyazaki. Starting with two appetizers to start you off, we offer a refreshing steamed chicken salad, two kinds of fresh sashimi, and other dishes that go great with sake. In addition, the menu is packed full of Miyazaki's charms, such as char-grilled harami (minced meat) that is brimming with flavor, tempura of mehikari (rice cake) that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and gently flavored aosa tofu. The "2-hour all-you-can-drink" package is a must-have for those who love to drink! We offer not only draft beer but also authentic Kyushu shochu. Please enjoy a talk with your loved ones or a fine banquet.
The "Ichaga's Specialty Course," which allows you to fully enjoy the restaurant's signature dishes, is our most recommended course, packed with all the charm of Ichaga. In addition to the char-grilled set of aromatic grilled momo & harami, the course also includes Miyazaki's famous Nichinan Chicken Chicken Nanban and Miyazaki's local dish, chilled soup, which is very satisfying. With two hours of all-you-can-drink included, this course is recommended for banquets, business entertainment, and sightseeing.
The "Miyazaki Delight Course" is a special course that allows you to fully enjoy the "goodness" of Miyazaki. The course is a sumptuous meal that allows you to enjoy at once such representative Miyazaki specialties as melt-in-your-mouth steamed eggplant made from Sadohara eggplant, which is popular among the locals; char-grilled authentic momo (thigh) with the appetizing aroma of charcoal; and Nichinan chicken Nanban, which is full of delicious flavor. In addition, we have created a course that will allow you to fully enjoy your trip to Miyazaki with such delicacies as obiten (fish cake) and meat rolled rice balls.
