The interior of the restaurant has a nostalgic and calm atmosphere, featuring a cozy space centered around the counter. You can enjoy a creative dumpling course prepared by the owner alone. Many of the dumplings gently wrap seafood, and the scallops, red snapper, shrimp, and oysters particularly left an impression. The skin is chewy, and the flavors burst from within, with some dishes meant to be enjoyed with salt, which is interesting. Each plate is served at just the right timing, making it exciting to see what comes next. The final rice porridge and soup were satisfying, and the last fruit was refreshing and pleasant.
