At the grilled offal restaurant, the carefully grilled skewers are fragrant and delightful. The aftertaste of the sauce is light, and the more you chew the white offal, the more flavor it releases. The offal stew has a refreshing taste that pairs well with alcohol. The warm light from the lanterns inside the restaurant creates a comfortable atmosphere, allowing for a relaxing experience. There are both counter and table seats, making it easy to enjoy even alone. The staff were considerate of the heat and checked in on me, which made for a pleasant experience.
