Dumplings have a chewy skin and crispy parts at the same time, creating a texture that is addictive. They are filled with plenty of ingredients, and the sweetness of the meat juices and the fragrant garlic flavor spread out, making it hard to stop eating. There are also Mapo ramen, hormone ramen, and liver and garlic stir-fry, and even though the fried rice is on the smaller side, it's delightful to have it freshly made. The shrimp chili is served with a rich and spicy sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the plump, large shrimp. The hand-rolled seaweed with char siu is a unique and fun style where kimchi is placed on the char siu and wrapped in seaweed. I heard that a long-standing restaurant has reopened and is being run by a family, and the wall signs give a sense of local charm.
