In Sugamo, the warm town Chinese restaurant has a cozy interior that feels like wood. There are counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The signature spicy ramen is a numbing mapo noodle dish with a strong flavor of Sichuan pepper, making it addictive. The stir-fried rice with sauce features fluffy, separate grains of rice paired perfectly with a sweet sauce loaded with vegetables like bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and bell peppers.
