Upon entering, the calm atmosphere of the kaiseki restaurant is pleasant, and it's exciting to see the cooking over the counter. The dishes are mainly made from that day's ingredients, and it's fun to sample various items with the chef's choice. The soft-shelled turtle sashimi is mild, the fried turtle is crispy, and the rice porridge after the hot pot has a gentle flavor. The butter-grilled flounder and beef tongue steak are Western-style dishes that are perfectly seasoned and satisfying. The seafood fried rice and rolled omelet are also prepared efficiently, bringing a smile with every bite. The exterior may seem a bit intimidating, but it's a cozy place that makes you want to linger.
