Bistro Blanche

Opened in August 2009. The bistro is a renovated Taisho era Western-style building, located in a corner of Otaru surrounded by historical buildings. It serves dishes that make the most of Hokkaido's natural bounty, utilizing the rich ingredients of this region surrounded by mountains and the sea. In this port town where you can feel the history and romance of Otaru, you can enjoy dishes made with ingeniously selected ingredients.

While attending Otaru University of Commerce, he became interested in the world of food and beverage and began training at a restaurant in Otaru City while still a student. After graduation, he also trained at a restaurant in Tokyo, and opened his own restaurant in August 2009. He runs the restaurant with his wife.
