Kura no Kaho from Kyoto Brewing. The first craft beer in Kyoto, established in 1995. It has a light yuzu flavor with a gentle aroma, and a mellow taste with a pale yellow color.
Craft beer 'Ichi-go Ichi-e' from Kyoto Brewing. Its complex aroma and dry mouthfeel pair well with the standard series.
Craft beer 'Ichiisen-shin' from Kyoto Brewing. It is made by combining a floral citrus hop flavor with a spicy yeast character, resulting in a dry beer that is not too bitter.
This is the second original beer crafted to pair perfectly with 100% Kyoto Wagyu! It captures the rich, juicy flavors that overflow from the meaty patty while providing a pleasantly dry mouthfeel that cuts through the fat. With a slightly hazy amber color, it has a vibrant aroma reminiscent of passion fruit. Upon tasting, the juicy flavor expands, leaving a light and refreshing aftertaste. Enjoy it first with a burger. Before you know it, you'll want to have another glass of just this one. It completes the burger experience and is also enjoyable on its own!
