In a quiet place in the mountains, you can spend your time leisurely. It's also enjoyable to gaze at the display of pendulum clocks inside the shop. After placing an order, the soba tea served is fresh, allowing you to savor even the buckwheat husks. The sansho soba has sansho pepper kneaded into the noodles, creating a refreshing combination with the aroma of grated daikon. The sesame soba has a gentle flavor that spreads softly with the taste of sesame. The handmade thin noodles have just the right amount of chewiness, and I was satisfied until the very end.
