At a soba noodle restaurant in Kitashirakawa, Inside the restaurant, there are log chairs made of cypress and tables made of cedar, where you can enjoy handmade soba. The restaurant is located in Kita-Shirakawa. 🍀Kamojiru (🙂 Kamo soup) 🍀Duck soup (💴1560) I was torn between this and the popular "Botsu Soba", but the cold weather got the better of me and I went with this one (lol). I guess it's about 70% soba. The texture is not so rough on the tongue, and it has a slightly softer consistency and a slippery texture. The broth is light and has a soft sweetness that escapes through the nose. The duck meat was a little too firm, so if it had been a little more moist, I might not have minded the habit. I didn't understand much, so next time I'll taste it with bok chi soba 🤔. Thank you for the meal.
