After walking a little from the station and entering the shop, I felt excited in the calm atmosphere. When I first bit into the classic grilled gyoza, the fragrant skin and juicy filling spread happiness throughout my mouth. The limited gyoza with yuzu pepper had a refreshing spiciness that made me want to order the next dish right away. The stuffed green pepper was crispy in texture and the umami of the meat was exquisite, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The chilled dan dan noodles I had to finish were well-matched with the richness of sesame and the thin noodles, while the vegetables lightened the aftertaste. Paired with beer and side dishes, I felt that everything I ate was delightful, and it was a wonderful place to enjoy casually.
