Kaisen 4-color rice bowl is creamy and delicious. It contains seafood such as sea urchin, salmon roe, salmon, scallops, and crab, and is very hearty. The shio ramen soup is hot, sweet from the seafood, and mildly salty with just the right amount of saltiness. The noodles are yellow chewy medium-thick noodles that go well with the restaurant's recommended rice. Open from morning, it is a great place to enjoy seafood bowls. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
