There were about 8-10 seats at the counter only. I think it would be almost impossible to get in without a reservation. The price for the chef's choice of 15 pieces with miso soup was around 4,000 yen. I had the most delicious sea urchin I've ever eaten there. It's a bit pricey, but it's a great sushi restaurant.

Hokkaido is the best! A friend of mine in Hokkaido recommended this restaurant, Uomasa. Delicious! This is what sushi is all about, isn't it? Of course, there are high-class restaurants. Of course, there are high-class restaurants, which I also like, but when it comes to ordinary people eating delicious sushi, Uomasa is your best friend. But when it comes to the general public eating good sushi, Uomasa is a good friend. Make the most of the ingredients. That's what it's all about. Each and every dish is soft and tender. The fish is soft and juicy. Each one is soft and juicy, and each one is crispy and crunchy. So fresh! Reservations are required. Please be there on time. My own impression was that the shellfish was quite a hit. I want to take my parents there. I really thought so.

Made a reservation for 7 people for a trip to Hokkaido from 10:30am. Some items were out of stock, but we had 10 pieces of omakase and a couple of additional pieces. The price was about 5,000 yen per person including sake. It was very delicious. It was a good memory. The restaurant has only a counter and I think there are 8 seats.

You can enjoy authentic sushi from 7 AM. I ordered the chef's choice of 10 pieces and a bottle of beer (Sapporo Classic). Each piece was carefully prepared by the chef, and they were all delicious and reasonably priced. I thought about ordering more, but I was full! I was very satisfied.

I made a reservation and visited. (I was the only one there due to heavy snowfall lol). I wanted to eat what I wanted, so I went a la carte. Everything was delicious and beautiful. It is also good that the food is served with the flavors already on it. The rice was also delicious. The timing of the dish was also good. The slightly cooked hokki-gai was exquisite and raw. (I have always disliked shellfish except for live ones, so this was a surprise to me.) The restaurant is in the market, but it is independent, so you can eat in peace and quiet. The owner was kind and nice. I would like to go there again when I visit Sapporo. I was one-on-one with the owner at the counter, so I was somewhat uncomfortable eating while taking pictures, so I don't have any.
