Price per person: JPY 4,500

The sushi here has a firm rice, and the vinegar is weak, but since the ingredients are mainly fresh fish, this level of vinegar seems to be just right. I ordered 10 pieces of omakase for 3,000 yen including tax with a smaller rice ball. As you can see in the photo, the ingredients were of good quality, including seared kinki, medium fatty tuna, button lobster, toxilaz, Nishin, Hokiyori clam, snow crab, abalone, salmon roe, sea urchin, and other typical Hokkaido ingredients. We added freshly sliced Kitayoro clam, which was very tasty, button prawn, and mackerel (also fatty and tasty), which we were curious about, and finished with tsukimaki, which is not on the menu because customers don't ask for it. The price of 4,500 yen including tax, including additions, is good and satisfying.
