The quality of the black-haired wagyu beef is very good, and you can really feel the umami with every bite. The marbling is beautiful, and the more you chew, the more juicy the meat becomes. They have a variety of cuts like tongue and harami, and the ribeye served with wasabi pairs perfectly. The liver is quickly fried in a small pot of oil, making for a fun texture. The seasoning is sharp, enhancing the flavor of the meat even more. The service is attentive, and they also teach you tips on how to grill, allowing you to enjoy your meal slowly in a calm atmosphere.
