Restaurant Meiji no Akarenka is a magnificent brick Western-style building reminiscent of Tokyo Station, and once you step inside, you'll find an unexpectedly cozy atmosphere. The particularly tender beef tongue is exquisite, and the accompanying vegetables and oxtail soup are also superb in flavor. The classic omurice is highly praised as well, making both dishes worth a visit.
