After the relocation, the new restaurant is like a time travel to a temple treasury, where the dishes are united in a way that resonates with each other. The one-soup, three-course lunch menu incorporates Nara and Kansai ingredients and seasonal flavors that resonate and linger. The atmosphere of the new restaurant, with its meticulous attention to detail, gives the impression of a deep and profound worldview where the philosophy and aesthetic sense of the owner and his wife are well understood. The chef's background is excellent, and you can feel the tradition and history in the beautifully presented dishes. The restaurant has earned a reputation for representing Nara and is drawn to modern creations.
