I ordered takeout from a small shop filled with the aroma of Mexican cuisine. The process of topping the tortillas with meat, colorful salsas, and cilantro is a lot of fun. The tender barbacoa releases a fragrant herbal aroma, and with every bite, the umami bursts forth. The combination of the juicy filling and the spicy chipotle was addictively delicious. With plenty of vegetables, I felt a light satisfaction even after the meal. Thanks to the cheerful music playing at the counter and the friendly atmosphere from the staff, time flew by in no time.
