The eel is fluffy, thick, and tender, with an irresistible grilled aroma. The sauce is refined and subtly sweet, with a rich soy sauce flavor that pairs well with the rice. The eel rice bowl comes with a liver soup and pickles, and ice cream for dessert, providing a sense of satisfaction. The 'Sakura' option features a two-tiered box with three pieces of eel, perfect for a small group to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
