The mountain cabin-style restaurant near the waterfall has a pleasant and calming scent of wood. The thin handmade soba is tightly chilled in cold water, giving it a firm texture. The dipping sauce has a sharp spiciness that further enhances the aroma of the soba. The grilled wild duck used in the nanban has just the right amount of elasticity in the meat, and the natural fat spreads gently, bringing happiness. The tempura of shrimp and seasonal vegetables has a light batter, making it fun and crispy. I think this restaurant is perfect for a stopover during a drive, allowing you to enjoy delicious soba while listening to the sound of the waterfall.
