The counter is lined with seasonal ingredients and large plates, and just looking at them makes me excited. I can choose a little bit of what I like, and each dish is seasoned carefully and thoroughly. The classic ganmo is fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with the flavors of the ingredients well combined. The sashimi is fresh, and the whole grilled sardine is rich and fragrant, which made me very satisfied. There are also dishes like fried and simmered eggplant, kinpira lotus root, simmered fish, and small sea bream in sweet and sour sauce, which are all tempting. The first floor has a long counter, while the second floor has a small tatami room where you can enjoy your meal slowly.
