Mr. Calitro, you're not just making takoyaki 2013.11 Caritolo-san is famous for its takoyaki, right? Last time I had Hiroshima-yaki here, which was not so bad, so this time it's Takoyaki♪ Takeout♪ Three packs of 9 takoyaki for 450 yen! Made with ponzu (Japanese sauce), dashi-soy sauce, and sauce! Take home freshly baked and eat at home! When you take it out of the bag, it says "Po-shi-so" on the pack! They wrote it so that we can recognize each one! Thank you! Ponzu It was freshly baked, but it was take-out bean paste with ponzu on it. It was freshly baked, but with ponzu (Japanese sauce) on it. It wasn't crispy, but it was refreshing and easy to eat! Dashi Shoyu (soy sauce with broth) This is the same as the ponzu sauce, but it's also very shunny (lol). The soy sauce is not too thick, so it was easy to eat. Sauce with a little sourness After eating the ponzu and the dashi-soy sauce, it was a little too thick (lol). But I think sauce is the best match for takoyaki! Free toppings of green onion and mayonnaise! Negi is very expensive this time of year >< I'm so thankful that so many of them are free, even though they are so expensive! I didn't ask them to put mayonnaise on it because it was take-out! All three kinds have octopus and konnyaku in them! The octopus is small because of the konnyaku... Maybe it is because of the konnyaku that the price is 450 yen for 9 pieces! Just the other day, Shampoo Hat visited here on Imachan's Actually...! Tell me about the good food you serve late at night to the cab man! and he introduced this place! I saw it on TV and had a hankering for it! I wonder if there were a lot of people like that. feast samantha~♪♪ 2013,07 Caritolo-san, we have one in my hometown, Caritolo Mikuni. I don't think they are affiliated... I'm not sure of the details. Mr. Calitro in Juso is in a disreputable place! The next door neighbor is just like that kind of restaurant! Of course, it is difficult to walk in such a place. I have been to Juso many times since I was a child. I have been to Juso many times since I was a child, so I am immune, I might be okay if I'm asked to walk alone! I might be okay if I'm asked to walk alone. Calitro also serves okonomiyaki and yakisoba! The counter in front of the restaurant is an eat-in counter for takoyaki! In the back there is a tatami room and tables for teppan customers. Order Menu Hiroshima style okonomiyaki Butatama 750yen x 2 Buckwheat rice 780yen Oolong tea I thought Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki always contained soba noodles. But here, it seems that you have to pay 100 yen for modern okonomiyaki to be served with buckwheat noodles. Is that why they use butatama (pig's eggs)? But it's pretty hearty even without soba! It's fluffy, and the pork is meaty and very tasty! Crispy and juicy! The sauce is fruity. But you can make it spicier with the doro sauce provided. So if you don't like sweet, don't worry about it. My partner is very picky about Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki! This one was good enough without soba noodles! I got a pass from the Hiroshima people! But, he still felt the lack of soba was not enough! Add buckwheat noodles (lol)! I knew you wanted soba! This is served on a plate Since you have a teppan, I wish you would put it on the teppan. The burnt part tastes good, too! The buckwheat noodles are spicy because of the doro sauce! For me, it's spicy enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth! But that may be a comfort! My partner says the buckwheat noodles are delicious too! My stomach is full！！！！ I'm so sad that I came all the way to Calitro's and didn't eat any takoyaki... I guess you can't go wrong with takoyaki at Calitro's, right? Next time I come here, I will try takoyaki! Thanks for the food Samantha~♪♪♪
