There is a wealth of sweets featuring sweet potatoes as the main ingredient, and just looking at them is exciting. In particular, the Mont Blanc parfait is impressive, with the cream on top being fragrant and so delicious that you want to keep eating it. Inside, there are layers of university sweet potatoes, hojicha jelly, sweet potato, purple sweet potato, ice cream, and whipped cream, making it enjoyable until the very end. The red bean paste in the chilled zenzai retains a grainy texture while being smooth, and when combined with sweet potatoes and shiratama (rice dumplings), it creates a pleasant chewiness. The dessert made with croissant dough waffles layered with ice cream, whipped cream, and Mont Blanc cream also pairs well, with an irresistible combination of crispiness and coolness. For savory options, you can choose from Akagyu hamburger or gyutan (beef tongue) rice bowls, and you can relax and enjoy your meal at the spacious table seats in the long, narrow restaurant.

This is a shop where sweet potato desserts take center stage, and the appearance is fun and exciting. In particular, the Mont Blanc parfait features crispy sweet potato chips, hojicha jelly, and ice cream layered together, with the Mont Blanc cream on top melting deliciously. A plate topped with ice cream, whipped cream, and Mont Blanc cream on a croffle also has a great combination and provides a sense of satisfaction. There are also horse meat dishes, and it's enjoyable to mix and eat horse meat yukhoe and the famous horse rice bowl. The spicy miso stewed offal includes beef tongue and bamboo shoots, providing a pleasant flavor accent. Ordering is smooth with QR code scanning, and the coffee has a wonderful aroma that is comforting.
