It's a small shop with an atmosphere loved by the locals. You can feel the care from the very first appetizer, making the wait enjoyable. The sashimi platter is all fresh, and the liver soy sauce of the flatfish and the surf clam left a particularly strong impression. The fried items, including large horse mackerel, shrimp, and oysters, are crispy and light, enhancing the fluffy texture of the fish. The sushi, including medium fatty tuna, sardines, and shrimp nigiri, all have a high level of satisfaction, and they accommodate requests for smaller rice portions. The cheerful demeanor of the owner and the friendliness of the proprietress make you feel at ease, and you can't help but enjoy dishes like chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and grilled fish.
