This is a yakitori restaurant located at a calm street corner in Togoshi, Shinagawa Ward. It is just a short walk from Togoshi Park Station and also easily accessible from Nakanobu Station. I enjoyed fried horse mackerel and tsukune with draft beer at the counter. The tebasaki (chicken wings) and torinegi (chicken and green onion skewers) are perfectly seasoned with salt and sauce, and are grilled to a fragrant finish. The combination with lemon sour and lemon highball is also great, and the chilled tomatoes and tuna sashimi are very satisfying. The salted mackerel is fluffy and juicy, and adding a little soy sauce to the grated daikon radish creates a delightful flavor.
