Introduced on TV, Akashi no Tako Yawarakani (octopus stew) restaurant offers an abundance of tender and delicious octopus and squid. The seasoning is gentle and not too salty, allowing you to enjoy the full flavor of the ingredients. The baby squid and iidako are especially exquisite. The skill of simmered dishes is also excellent, and I was very satisfied to have the Akashi Tako Yawaraka-ni (octopus boiled in soy sauce), which I had longed for. The waitresses are friendly and the atmosphere of the Uonotana shopping street is also very tasteful. I would like to repeat this restaurant.
