I am happy that this chain store, which only operates in Hokkaido, uses no frozen products and handles young chicken from Nakazato. This time, I ordered fried chicken and charcoal-grilled young chicken for takeout. The fried chicken has a thin batter and is crispy, with a subtle saltiness that spreads gently, making it very easy to eat. The charcoal-grilled chicken has a strong, savory smoky aroma, and the bite-sized pieces that were cut for me were juicy. They pack it in a transparent container, so I can see the contents, which is exciting, and the nice aroma continues until I get home. The staff is also quick and efficient, and the wait for my order was short, resulting in a satisfying experience where I finished everything in no time.
