In a store with a lot of white and a refreshing atmosphere, you can relax. The menu mainly features Japanese cuisine, but the sashimi, grilled fish, and simmered fish are all well-prepared and enjoyable with peace of mind. There are also playful dishes like cream cheese mixed with miso, which are well-balanced and delicious. The Chinese noodles I had for lunch had a clear broth, smooth noodles, and layers of chicken and pork chashu, creating a taste that brings a smile to your face. The small side dishes of simmered vegetables and chawanmushi, along with the gentle-tasting miso soup, are comforting. The homemade karinto and yokan served after the meal are subtly sweet, allowing you to savor them slowly with hojicha.
