The interior has a counter and raised seating, with a tatami room in the back, allowing for a relaxed experience. The grilled eel over rice is gently steamed and grilled to a fragrant finish, and the rich sweetness of the sauce enhances the rice. It comes with pickles and a liver soup, providing a sense of satisfaction. The skin is tender on top and crispy at the tail, making for an enjoyable texture variation. The fried items are also crispy, and the cheese sticks and tomato slices serve as good palate cleansers. Besides eel, the ginger-flavored chicken with soy sauce pairs well with rice, and I highly recommend trying it.
