The interior of the restaurant is a small, calm, and clean place with a counter and tables. The fugu course flows well from the hot fish preparation to sashimi, fried fugu, hot pot, rice porridge, and dessert, and everything is well-made. The hot fish has a chewy texture that pairs well with a refreshing ponzu sauce. The sashimi, when combined with green onions and momiji oroshi, enhances the umami flavor, and you can also enjoy the firmness of the flesh. The fried fugu is crispy and delicious on its own or with a little salt, and the charcoal-grilled flesh is also firm and impressive. The final rice porridge is prepared by the staff, and the flavor of the broth is rich, allowing you to enjoy the lingering taste along with the fragrant fin sake.
