I guess it boiled down a bit~! My partner, his friend and I came here together. Our first choice restaurant was closed early, and we were at a loss... Then, my friend told us about a restaurant she was interested in, so we went here! This friend loves ramen and tsukemen so much that she knows a lot about them! I wish there was a food log or something! The location is... hard to explain since we drove here! The nearest station is Kamishinjo station. Maybe because it was nighttime, I didn't know if this was a restaurant or not. It looks like a hair salon. Inside, there are table seats in the front and counter seats in the back. When I entered the store, there were no guests, and I felt at home (lol). Well, well, well... there were no guests. ・・・・ The restaurant was run by a couple and a part-time worker. The menu is as follows Tsukemen KURO 880yen Ramen NAGOMI 800 yen Today's original noodle dish 800 yen Grilled chicken thigh 700 yen Chilled Chicken Meat - Couche Style - ¥650 Handmade spring roll 650 yen Roasted Chashu pork 850 yen Homemade chicken rice bowl 430 yen Rice 150 yen All three ordered Tsukemen. One of us could have had ramen. I thought so... I'll go along with everyone else! The counter allows you to see the whole process of making ramen! Wow, I didn't know they made it that way! It's pretty interesting! The tsukemen noodles arrived after a while! As the name suggests, the soup is KURO! This soup is made by boiling down the soup in a wok after receiving an order! That's why the soup is so thick and goes well with the tsukemen! The soy sauce is accented with burnt soy sauce, and it is indeed fragrant and tasty at first.... But in the latter half of the seasoning, it is a little too strong and a little too hard to handle. I'm glad that I can eat it the way I like it, with the optional egg, cayenne pepper, and roasted pork. The roasted pork is seared, so it is very savory and very tasty! The noodles were medium thick and satisfying, just the way I like it! The owner of the restaurant is the one who makes it, and his voice is loud and lively, which is very pleasant!
