Rare Chashu pork and glutinous noodles are my favorite @ Kamishinjo | Happy eating delicious food! I am surrounded by many gourmets! Everyone is just so informative! Today, a ramen connoisseur told me about a delicious restaurant, so I hit it! Aonami-san (read as "blue wave") It's about an 8 minute walk south from Hankyu Kamishinjo station. The fact that there are chairs in front of the restaurant means that you can wait for a table! Inside the restaurant, there is an L-shaped counter and two tables. There is a TV in the restaurant, and it shows a live video of Southern All Stars! The owner seems to like Southern All Stars! Menu Ramen noodles are mainly made with sea bream (tai) and chicken (muzyo). You can choose from salt or soy sauce, and there is also a mazesoba dish called Wagimen. Musho: Shio (salt) 800 yen, Ajitsuke Tamago (egg) 100 yen The clear soup is rich with just the right amount of salt! The soup is so rich that it soaks into your body! The noodles are homemade flat noodles. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw a noodle-making machine, so I was sure the noodles would be delicious! I was convinced! The noodles are so delicious! This is my favorite ❤️ Three pieces of rare pork! The thickness of the pork makes it very satisfying! It is very moist and the more you chew, the more you can feel the flavor of the meat! The side toppings such as mitsuba leaves, kikurage mushrooms, shiragane onions, and chinese chicke mushrooms also do a great job! The seasoned egg had a soft and tender yolk! It was recommended by a ramen connoisseur, so it was very tasty! If you are a noodle lover, you are in the right place! The owner was very taciturn. He gives off an atmosphere where you are not allowed to talk to him too much. The owner is very quiet and does not like to talk to us, but the part-timers were very attentive, so we did not feel uncomfortable. The level of ramen these days is really high everywhere!
