The interior of the shop, renovated from an old traditional house, has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease the moment you step through the entrance. A well-maintained garden can be seen through the window, and glancing at it during the meal brings a sense of tranquility. The soba is richly aromatic, and its pairing with the dipping sauce is outstanding. The daily small dishes and rice are also carefully prepared, allowing you to savor a gentle flavor with every bite. The sake selection features brands that the brewers are passionate about, and enjoying a little before the soba enhances the experience even more. I was able to spend a blissful time savoring delicious soba and sake in a quiet space.
