The dishes made with seasonal ingredients were delicious, but the group of four next to us was so lively and engaged in conversation that we couldn't hear our own discussion, and we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful food. Elderly people feel the air conditioning quite strongly. Nowadays, most places provide lap blankets, so how about that?

This Chinese restaurant in Kagurazaka is prepared by a former chef of a popular Chinese restaurant. The Chinese cuisine is made without using any chemical seasonings, so the flavors of the ingredients are used to their fullest. Fresh vegetables are brought in daily from contract farmers in Hiroshima. I had the ayu spring roll, which had a crispy texture and a fluffy ayu texture. The fried ayu bones were also delicious.

I decided to splurge once in a while and visited the restaurant for dinner with my family. We had a sumptuous course that included shark's fin, Kabako crab, and Japanese black beef ichibo. Among them, the sauteed shark's fin was seared directly on the shark's fin, which gave it a crispy texture. The umami of maitake mushrooms, mushrooms, and other mushrooms was a perfect match with the flavor of the XO sauce.
