Upon entering the tranquil space that utilizes a traditional Japanese house, the polished hallway and furnishings immediately catch the eye. The staff in traditional attire greet you with a smile, and the guidance to your seat is very courteous. The omakase includes dishes like scallops and grilled eggplant with grated daikon, and the seasonal flavors spread throughout. The grilled sesame tofu is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, perfectly complementing the rich sesame sauce. When the pot-cooked rice and miso soup are served, the steam and aroma alone bring a sense of happiness. The homemade monaka and matcha after the meal are also enjoyed with care, and it's delightful to be able to take freshly made rice balls home with you.
