I was surprised by the oyster nanban soba, which was a perfect combination of oysters and thick, sweet and spicy Kanto style kake-tsuyu (dipping sauce). It was my personal first time to try Edo soba, which has a different taste from Kansai-style soba and is served while preserving the original technique, and I was very satisfied with it. The restaurant's infection control measures were also well taken, so I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind. I would like to visit this restaurant again.
