The wooden atmosphere in the store is comfortable, with a curved counter and raised seating that create a relaxing environment. From the start, small plates and appetizers are prepared, allowing you to enjoy them right away with draft beer. The fluffy rolled omelet and the tomato stew infused with bonito flavor were very delicious. The skewers, whether with salt or sauce, were savory, and the texture of the meatballs, which mixed coarsely and finely ground meat, was enjoyable; adding a little shichimi spice made them even better. The chicken rice cooked in a pot had a wonderful aroma, and the combination of mitsuba and seaweed made for a delightful bowl. The homemade pickles and miso soup were also impressive, allowing me to slowly savor the chicken dishes.
