Entering the calm entrance with a sense of cleanliness, I felt the warmth of wood at the counter, and in the back, there were separated table seats. The interior has a neat atmosphere and is very comfortable. The sashimi platter was fresh, and I appreciated that they served soy sauce separately to match the condiments. The obanzai was abundant with seasonal vegetables like eggplant, shishito peppers, taro, and pumpkin, all infused with the umami of the dashi. The grilled and simmered dishes were also highly satisfying, with the grilled Pacific saury and simmered kinmedai offering a strong flavor. The cheerful and pleasant staff made the experience enjoyable, allowing me to slowly savor the carefully prepared dishes.
