Upon entering the restaurant, a large tank catches your eye, and just watching the swimming sea bream and turban shells is exciting. The signature dish, a whole fried octopus, is fun to enjoy by cutting it into your preferred size with scissors and taking a big bite while it's still hot. Eating it with the accompanying vegetables spreads the aroma of lemon, enhancing the umami flavor even more. The sea bream rice cooked in a clay pot releases a wonderful fragrance the moment you open the lid, and the fluffy fish and rich broth seep into the rice, bringing happiness. There are many types of seafood dishes like sashimi and fried fish, all of which allow you to feel the freshness of the ingredients, leaving you satisfied. In the evening, set meals and ramen are also available, making it a lovely place to enjoy a leisurely meal in a cozy tatami room.
