A large sign along the national road stands out, making it an easy place to drop by by car. Upon entering the long, low building, both the counter and the tatami seating are spacious and comfortable. The signature dish, stewed offal, is well-infused with miso, and the green onions and ginger enhance the flavor. The small bowls of meat and potatoes and kinpira have a rustic taste that makes you want to keep eating rice. The rice itself is well-cooked, and it pairs perfectly with the offal and other ingredients. The food arrives quickly at the table, and by the end of the meal, I found myself smiling naturally, feeling full and satisfied.
