A new frontier of Italian cuisine filled with entertainment

RODEO&cafe is an entertainment-rich restaurant that overturns the concept of Italian cuisine. The popular meat spaghetti is a spectacle as it is finished at the table. The moment of mixing juicy hamburgers with chewy pasta and generously sprinkling freshly grated Parmesan cheese is a delight for both the taste buds and the eyes. Utilizing fresh ingredients from Itoshima, the variety of dishes is also abundant.

The signature pasta that is finished right in front of you is fun and exciting. They break up coarsely ground meat and mix it with a rich demi-glace sauce, then generously sprinkle cheese until it covers the noodles. The thick, chewy noodles are well coated with flavor, and the aroma is delightful, making for a satisfying experience. The crispy and fluffy potatoes, along with the homemade pickles that have a mild acidity, provide a nice accent. The carpaccio drizzled with warm oil and the fragrant grilled vegetables also leave a lasting impression. The interior of the restaurant is stylish, and the attentive service from the staff is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable time.
