The signature pasta that is finished right in front of you is fun and exciting. They break up coarsely ground meat and mix it with a rich demi-glace sauce, then generously sprinkle cheese until it covers the noodles. The thick, chewy noodles are well coated with flavor, and the aroma is delightful, making for a satisfying experience. The crispy and fluffy potatoes, along with the homemade pickles that have a mild acidity, provide a nice accent. The carpaccio drizzled with warm oil and the fragrant grilled vegetables also leave a lasting impression. The interior of the restaurant is stylish, and the attentive service from the staff is pleasant, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable time.
