Avocado Mozzarella Cheeseburger
Sandwiched between a firm toasted Mineya bun, fresh lettuce, tomato, beautifully sliced avocado, and a garlicky patty covered in mozzarella cheese.
The patty is a fairly coarsely pulled fresh meat, cooked to a rare degree, and certainly has a bright red color as you bite into it.
The patty is a good balance of ingredients, but lacks a bit of aroma and strength because it is not charbroiled, and the patty needs more assertiveness against the rich ingredients of avocado and mozzarella cheese.
