I quickly took out some yakitori near Hanabatake Station. There is a wide variety of skewers, including pork belly, bonjiri, and daruma, making it fun to choose. The daruma, in particular, had no unpleasant smell and remained juicy even after reheating. The moist finish of the liver and the generous portion of each skewer were satisfying. The not-too-sweet sauce combined with the umami of the Amakusa Daisuke made the canned chuhai go down easily. The staff's polite service was also pleasant, and I look forward to another takeout drive.
