Sakean Kinsuke is located on a street with many stylish and atmospheric stores. Take the escalator to the second floor, and a Japanese-style atmosphere appears before your eyes. Inside the restaurant, there are many counters and tables, and sake is displayed in various places. There is no noise, and the atmosphere is relaxed, so you can enjoy a drink in peace and quiet. Ordering Menu Appetizer Draft beer: 660 yen Today's sashimi (5 kinds) 1,350 yen ♦Potato salad 660 yen ♦Yakuzen Curry 1,100 yen Sashimi of the day Hirame with Yuzu Ponzu (citrus-flavored ponzu sauce) The flavor of yuzu and the acidity of ponzu make it fresh. ♦Ohma Tuna Tuna from Oma (Aomori) is thick and has the presence of a block of meat. You can feel a pause before biting through. Buri (yellowtail) Rich and full of fat. The meat is large and has a mild taste that makes you want to eat it forever. Shime saba (mackerel) This is a different taste from other sashimi, containing a little bit of a tangy taste. It leaves a strong taste in the throat, so beer goes down the drain. I was curious about it, so I ordered it even though I came to an izakaya. You can choose either white rice or cereal rice (cereal rice is +100 yen). I chose the cereal rice because it was popular. Amasa at the top. Then spicy. After that, the spicy taste comes and you can feel your body warming up. It's so complex that you don't know what it tastes like. There is a "complex taste" that is hard to describe. And yet, in the end, you feel a refreshing taste, so it is a mystery. It is a mystery, and yet it is delicious. I feel as if I am relieved of my tiredness. I added some "special green chili sauce (soy sauce based)" on the way, which triggered a huge explosion. When you add the sauce, you don't feel any change at first, but gradually you start to feel the chili spiciness, and it lasts. The added punch of spiciness made me sweat nonstop. The change is dramatic. My glasses were slipping on the sweat and I couldn't wear them anymore. I couldn't help but order a glass of water. If you like spicy food, you should definitely try adding the special green chili sauce. This izakaya has a unique menu that you can't find anywhere else. Especially, the medicinal curry is a must-try. If you are ever in Iidabashi or Kagurazaka, please visit this izakaya.

I visited this restaurant at lunch time with my friend. I often visit this restaurant because it serves delicious Japanese set meals. From the lunch menu, we had the ginger-grilled pork set meal with fried eggplant myoga, pickles, and grated shirasu. The pork belly was scattered in a collection, but it was delicious and not greasy. The small bowl of rice was also very tasty with a gentle flavor.
