The interior has a pleasant feel of wood, creating a warm atmosphere. All the dishes, infused with ideas of koji and fermentation, are delicious and light, which is delightful. The chicken and fermented cabbage tomato stew and the small bowls combining fruits and vegetables particularly left an impression. The miso soup with winter melon and fried tofu has a wonderful aroma and a comforting taste. The brown rice has just the right amount of chewiness, and the local tableware is lovely, making it enjoyable to look at as well. The staff is kind, and the second-floor seating, which lets in sunlight, is also a comfortable place to spend time.
