After a series of dusty posts, yesterday I went to Anetan, a very spicy new tan tanmen restaurant in Shimizu, in search of a stimulating dish! I found out about this restaurant two years ago and was finally able to go! The spiciness is from moderate to the highest is Jirocho with 7 levels! This is my first time here, so I decided to go for the Omasa, which is just before the Jirocho! The soup was quite red, but it was not as spicy as it looked. I want to drink the soup every morning! I think it's about 7 times spicier than red soup. It might be hotter than 8 spicy at Coco Ichi (I can't compare it because I don't eat anything less than 8 spicy). Next time, I will try Gurocho (˶´⚰︎`˵ ). I'm okay with the spiciness, but I was sweating. w Yesterday I was actually feeling lazy like I had the beginning of a cold, but it blew away thanks to the garlic and green onion. I'm glad to hear that.
