Just by gazing at the lovely vessels in the sales space at the entrance, I was already filled with excitement. As I was guided through the courtyard to the tea room in the storehouse, a soft darkness and a large black table spread out like a quiet stage. Water dripping from the ceiling created ripples in the water basin, and the sound relaxed my mind. The staff's movements were beautiful, and every time Japanese tea was brewed, a delightful aroma wafted up, leaving me in awe. The sweets made with kombu paired with Yame's gyokuro and seasonal sencha were all unique, with an excellent harmony of sweetness and umami. It was a very important moment where I could reset my mind while experiencing the extraordinary.
