The unique glass decanter 'Porron' from the Catalonia region of Spain. It features a long spout that allows you to pour directly into your mouth, a traditional style unique to Spanish tapas bars. The essence of Porron is to enjoy wine in a way that feels more like 'bathing' than 'drinking' by gradually pulling the spout away. Sharing and competing in pouring skills among friends is also a playful aspect of Spanish culture. We offer carefully selected Spanish red wine or crisp chilled white wine that pairs perfectly with our dishes. Enjoy the light taste of wine that has been aerated, along with a lively atmosphere. Price: * 500ml: 2,400 yen (tax included) 750ml: 3,300 yen (tax included)
The beer at 'Yasaiya Sai' pursues the 'best glass' with meticulous attention to pouring technique and temperature control. We have chosen Asahi Super Dry, characterized by its polished clear taste. Its sharp crispness and stimulating bubbles wash away the rich sauces of Spanish cuisine and the savory aroma of charcoal-grilled dishes, enhancing the next sip's flavor. From glass cleaning to the ratio of creamy foam, the craftsman's dedication is condensed. Enjoy the 'real draft' without any off-flavors from the first drop to the last. Draft Beer (Medium): 590 yen (tax included) Draft Beer (Large): 870 yen (tax included) — for those who want to drink plenty. Draft Beer (Small): 440 yen (tax included) — when you just want to quench your thirst a little. Bottled Beer: 590 yen (tax included)
This is our original cocktail, boasting an unwavering popularity as the number one drink on the menu at Vegetable House Sai. It is a simple yet profound drink made by mixing the renowned southern Spanish wine 'Sherry (Jerez)' with sparkling strong carbonation. The unique aged dry aroma of sherry and the rich nut-like flavor bloom vividly with the carbonation. It complements the robust flavors of meat dishes, enhances the delicate umami of seafood, and pleasantly washes away the grease of fried foods (such as ajillo). We invite you to experience its astonishing 'pairing with food (mariage)' at least once.
Born from the desire to enjoy wine in a more casual and refreshing way, this is our popular original cocktail. We lavishly mixed carefully selected Spanish wine with strong carbonation. With red wine, the vibrant berry aroma and concentration rise with the bubbles, enhancing the flavors of meat dishes. With white wine, the fresh citrus nuances and crisp acidity bring out the sweetness of seafood and vegetables from Wakayama. While retaining the depth of the wine itself, the aftertaste is surprisingly dry and light. Perfect for the first glass, and enjoyable throughout the meal without becoming monotonous, we pursued the golden ratio that truly 'enhances the deliciousness of the dishes.'
The highball at 'Yasaiya Sai' pursues 'sharpness' and 'purity' that do not interfere with your meal. It uses Black Nikka as the base, characterized by its soft aroma and clear taste without any strong traits. The subtle sweetness of the malt inherent in the whiskey blends perfectly with the sharp stimulation of the carbonation. It refreshes the palate after enjoying freshly fried ajillo, savory grilled vegetables from Wakayama, and the richness of meat dishes, enhancing the next sip. The dry finish, with restrained sweetness, serves as an excellent supporting role to make the dishes the star. This classic drink can be enjoyed from the first sip to the last without getting tired.
Chuhai is pursued as a clear and refreshing drink that does not interfere with the delicate flavors of the dishes. We use **Asahi Beer’s 'Taru Hai Club'**, which is made with refined pure water and carefully selected spirits as the base. It features a strong carbonation that provides a sparkling sensation and a pleasant aftertaste that disappears quickly. The sweetness of Wakayama vegetables prepared with 'subtraction' cooking and the rich sauces of Spanish cuisine are reset pleasantly by the bubbly fizz, enhancing the next sip vividly.
This vinegar chuhai is perfect for meals, packed with the power of vinegar and the deliciousness of fresh fruit juice. It uses a mild and gentle vinegar that doesn't have a sharp taste. With just one sip, the vibrant aromas of berries and muscat grapes spread out, and the refreshing acidity of the vinegar lightly balances the aftertaste. When enjoyed between meat dishes or fried foods, it refreshes your palate. Its colorful and beautiful appearance adds to the fun of choosing. Why not toast to 'delicious and healthy' with your favorite fruit or mood of the day? Available flavors: - Shine Muscat: A refined sweetness and noble aroma burst forth - Apple: A nostalgic, crisp classic flavor - Pomegranate Raspberry: A sweet and sour flavor that becomes addictive, very popular among women - Grape & Berry: A deep berry aroma that pairs well with meat dishes - Rosehip & Cassis: A harmonious blend of a floral aroma and pleasant acidity.
Founded in 1928 by Mr. Yamamoto Tamotsu. The name 'Heiwa' was given to the brewery, meaning 'peace,' inspired by the joy of being able to brew sake in a peaceful era. The liqueurs produced by Heiwa Sake Brewery are part of the 'Tsurumei' series. Similar to the Japanese sake 'Kido KID,' which is considered the 'next generation standard,' they prioritize drinkability and smoothness over just richness. They aim to create liqueurs that are a source of pride for Wakayama and recognized worldwide. The goal and commitment of Heiwa Sake Brewery regarding liqueurs is to produce umeshu (plum wine) that can compete globally. Unlike many liqueurs that use acids, fragrances, and colorings, umeshu can be made naturally, without additives, while still being aromatic and delicious. The umeshu and liqueurs made by Heiwa Sake Brewery are designed with a global perspective, focusing on high-quality ingredients, production methods, and storage, aiming to deliver authentic and delicious liqueurs to customers.
This plum wine is made from high-quality plums from Wakayama, known for its plums, specifically the 'Kishu Nanko Plum,' selected for its richer flavor. It is crafted through repeated small batches to bring out the five flavors of the plum, resulting in 'Tsuru Ume Fully Ripe.' The taste is rich and fragrant, yet it also has a refreshing quality that prevents it from becoming monotonous, showcasing the high level of perfection of this plum wine.
Yuzu is a fruit that only bears fruit if it comes from an old tree, and since this uses 50% yuzu, it must be delicious. Many people might have the image that 'liqueur = plum' due to the amount of liqueurs available in the market, but this 'yuzu' overturns that concept. The acidity and slight bitterness of yuzu, along with its refreshing clarity, are beautifully expressed in this sake, making it a yuzu liqueur that is full of lightness and vitality.
A cup brewed with the vitality of rice from the land of Iwade. We have prepared dishes that subtract from the cooking of 'Yasaiya Sai' and local sake that resonates with the blessings of the Kinokawa River.
Jabara is purely domestically produced, sourced from Kitayama Village. Residual pesticides are strictly tested and none have been detected. The unique flavor of Jabara sake, which is completely different from drinks like 'lemon' or 'yuzu', can only be confidently drawn out by using the fruit peels that are free from pesticide concerns. It is blended with sake as a base to enhance the appeal of 'Jabara'. You will no longer be satisfied with liqueurs that are just sweet or just sour. Its refreshing taste is also highly praised as a palate cleanser during meals.
A glass that awakens your appetite, delivered from the land of gourmet food. An essential part of Spanish bar culture, this is a flavored wine infused with herbs and spices. We offer a carefully selected product imported directly from the region. For those who find liqueurs that are 'just sweet' or 'just sour' unsatisfactory, we highly recommend trying this complex and deep flavor. Its refreshing bitterness and crisp aroma are also very well received as a palate cleanser between meals. Recommended ways to enjoy: Of course, savoring it 'on the rocks' in the traditional way is delightful, but pairing it with a refreshing 'soda mix' to complement your dishes is also an indulgent choice.
The aroma of herbs plays a melody of everyday life in Spain. A traditional liqueur based on wine, infused with a selection of carefully chosen herbs and spices. It offers a pleasant sweetness reminiscent of sangria, combined with a complex finish derived from the herbs, creating a drink with depth. For those who are no longer satisfied with liqueurs that are just 'sweet' or 'sour.' Choose between the rich 'Red' or the refreshing 'White,' depending on your mood or the dish of the day. Recommended ways to enjoy: savor the contours of the herbs 'on the rocks,' or use 'soda' as a palate cleanser during meals. The essence of authentic Spain is captured directly in this glass.

Elegantly fragrant, deep crimson beauty with an adult tartness. This special vinegar combines the glamorous aroma of rosehip, often referred to as a 'vitamin C bomb,' with the rich depth of cassis. The sharpness of the vinegar tightens the heavy umami of the berries, creating a complex flavor reminiscent of wine. It pairs exceptionally well with meat dishes and robustly seasoned Spanish cuisine, making it a refined choice. < Recommended Styles > - Enjoy the rich aroma straight: On the rocks / with water / with hot water - Lighten the berry richness: With soda / with ginger ale - A fruity medley: With orange juice / with grapefruit juice

The ingredients are slowly cooked to bring out the sweetness of the vegetables to the maximum, wrapped in fluffy eggs. The fluffy texture of the potatoes and the seasonal greens and root vegetables overlap, and with each bite, the vitality of the ingredients spreads throughout the mouth. Delicious even when cold, this dish is perfect not only as a companion to wine but also for those who want to enjoy the rich flavors of the vegetables themselves, conveying the warmth of craftsmanship.

Light yet rich, the deep flavors created by the concentrated broth released from the vegetables and the richness of the cheese make it an ideal companion for wine. Enjoy the vitality of the ingredients until the last bite.
Our signature dish beautifully arranged in a parfait glass. We use over 15 types of 'freshly harvested and fully ripe' vegetables directly sourced from contracted farms nurtured by the rich climate of Kishu. Notably, we have a special sauce that has received high praise nationwide. We have restructured the traditional Italian Bagna Cauda using the technique of the Spanish dish 'Shirasu no Ajillo'. We luxuriously simmer Wakayama's 'Kamaage Shirasu', bringing out a deep umami and mellow saltiness not found in anchovies. Raw, steamed, or lightly fried, each vegetable is prepared using the cooking method that makes it shine the most, creating a 'box of edible jewels'. We deliver a unique experience that allows you to fully savor the seasonal flavors of Wakayama with all your senses.
'The best way to enjoy vegetables might be to steam them' - this dish leads to that conviction. Over 15 types of seasonal vegetables grown in the rich soil of Wakayama are carefully steamed to order. By rapidly heating with high-temperature steam, we preserve the vegetables' cells, locking in sweetness, aroma, and essential nutrients. The moment the lid is lifted, the refreshing scent of cedar and the vibrant colors of each vegetable create a true feast of the earth. Enjoy the gentle yet rich vitality of the vegetables, made possible by our 'subtracting cooking' philosophy that trusts in the potential of the ingredients, along with our special sauce.

This is a roast made with carefully selected young chicken, with the skin roasted to a crispy and fragrant finish, and the meat cooked to an astonishingly juicy perfection, embodying the essence of bar cuisine. The key to its flavor is our homemade 'Salsa de Tomate (tomato sauce)', which is slowly simmered using traditional Spanish techniques. The sauce, rich and concentrated, enhances the refreshing acidity of the tomatoes while maximizing the sweetness and umami of the vegetables, gently yet powerfully enveloping the juicy chicken. Simple yet uncompromising in the technique of cooking and preparation of the sauce, this dish embodies our pride. It pairs excellently not only with red wine but also with a crisp, chilled white wine.
Among Iberico pork from Spain, we use the highest grade 'Bellota', which is raised on acorns in a free-range environment. To savor the meat quality in the most luxurious way, it is simply and directly finished using traditional 'Asado (charcoal grilling)'. By slowly cooking with far infrared heat from charcoal, we bring out the nutty sweet fat aroma unique to Bellota, while locking in an astonishingly rich umami in the red meat. Additionally, as a secret ingredient, we subtly blend local seasonings such as 'aged soy sauce' and 'Kanazaki miso', which are proud products of Wakayama, the birthplace of soy sauce. This is an exquisite main dish that resonates with the traditions of both Spain and Wakayama, only found at Yasaiya Sai.
We have grilled carefully selected black wagyu red meat in a bold yet delicate manner using the traditional Spanish method of 'Asado (charcoal grilling)'. By searing the surface quickly over high charcoal heat, we trap the rich aroma and surprisingly juicy meat juices inside. With each bite, experience the 'meaty' texture that bursts forth, along with the fine umami unique to black wagyu. The finished product, with excess fat trimmed away and only the umami concentrated, is truly a luxurious steak for adults. Enjoy the overwhelming satisfaction that comes from our confidence in the ingredients, paired with a full-bodied red wine.

This is a paella originating from the Catalonia region of Spain, using ultra-thin pasta 'Capellini' instead of rice. Among our many rice dishes, this item boasts high popularity due to its unique texture. The rich essence overflowing from the seafood and the refreshing sweetness of Wakayama vegetables delivered from contracted farms are tightly encapsulated within the thin pasta. It offers a deep flavor that is different from rice, light and fluffy yet powerful umami that expands with each bite. The surface is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is juicy with the moisture of the ingredients. This is a traditional cold dessert representative of the Catalonia region of Spain. As the name suggests, the chicken eggs grown under the piercing blue sky are surprisingly rich and flavorful. The smooth cream that utilizes the strength of these eggs, combined with the contrast of the caramelization that is crisped to perfection after the order is placed, is truly blissful. Experience the dense sweetness that melts in your mouth and the lingering bittersweet caramel until the very last bite, and enjoy the happy encounter between Wakayama and Spain.
We have faithfully and carefully recreated the 'traditional' flavor that continues to be loved in the gastronomic city of Spain's Basque region. The biggest feature is the deep, fragrant browning on the surface created by baking at high temperatures all at once. The slightly bitter 'caramelized' accent vividly enhances the surprisingly smooth and rich flavor of the cheese inside. As you move towards the center, it becomes creamy and melts in your mouth. By keeping the sweetness modest, we have crafted a composition that allows you to fully appreciate the rich flavor of the cheese itself and the vitality of the ingredients. This is a dish for adults that you can enjoy slowly, of course, as a conclusion to your meal, along with the lingering taste of wine.
We will prepare a celebratory dessert plate decorated with chocolate in the style of a Spanish painted plate.
