When I ordered the lunch champon, the rich flavor of the beef bone broth hit me first. The lightly grilled offal was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and with each bite, the sweet fat spread across my palate. A variety of colorful vegetables, including cabbage and onions, were generously included, adding to the enjoyable texture. The slightly firmer straight noodles clung well to the broth, making it easy to keep eating. Adjusting the flavor with garlic and pepper from the table added aroma and spiciness, keeping it interesting until the end. There were also rice bowls and spicy champon available, and I felt the level of perfection was such that I couldn't help but want to try them even though I was full.
